Dream Decor Ideas began in 2011 with a three-person crew and one philosophy: treat every home like it's our own. Founder Marcus Webb, a second-generation carpenter, saw too many homeowners burned by vague quotes, delayed timelines and disappearing contractors. He decided to build the company he wished existed.
Today we're a full-service renovation firm of 40+ designers, project managers and licensed tradespeople — but we still operate like that three-person crew: show up on time, communicate honestly, and leave every home better than we found it.
